The Clergy Retreat took place May 28-30, 2013, and began with a fellowship dinner on Tuesday Evening at Tasso's Restaurant in Kansas City. After dinner, forty priests and deacons participated in a regular meeting of the Metropolis Clergy Syndesmos.
Wednesday morning the Clergy participated in Matins and the Divine Liturgy, with Metropolitan Isaiah presiding and the Chancellor, Father Luke, as celebrant.

On Thursday morning the clergy participated in Matins with His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah presiding. Following a continental breakfast, the clergy gathered for a final presentation from Father Ivanoff.
